How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once an order has been shipped you will be notified by email. In certain cases, some orders will be shipped partially which will be made clear on your shipping email. For larger orders that require white glove delivery, we will contact you to organise a suitable delivery time.

What about access requirements?

It is your responsibility for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. Our delivery team will deliver up to the first-floor level only. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access.

Will it fit?

We want you to live happily ever after. To keep things laid-back and relaxed on delivery day, we suggest you double-check the dimensions before placing your order. That way you'll have the peace of mind that our delivery team will be able to fit it through your front door and squeeze around any tight hallways, stairs or landings.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept collections or returns of orders from our customers directly in our Warehouse/office.

What if an item is out of stock?

In the rare instance that an item is out of stock with both us and our supplier, we may not be able to deliver your item to you within the timeframes estimated above. Upholstered Furniture Care
Wood is ‘live’, hence it is important to ensure that you take care of the furniture. Avoid placing your furniture under direct sunlight and/or near radiators. Also, occasionally polish the non-painted furniture parts with bees wax to retain sheen and for longer lifespan. Avoid placing your furniture close to the radiator or in direct sun light, to avoid movement in the timber and to prevent your furniture from decaying. Natural wood isn’t water- or heatproof and is not a fan of chemicals. We highly recommend using a coaster to protect your furniture. If there’s a spill, wipe it up immediately with a lint-free cloth.
To remove everyday household dust and dirt, clean by gently vacuuming fabric with an upholstery brush. Periodic cleaning of the entire product is required to maintain appearance and reduce premature wear and fading. Do not rub, soak the fabric or allow stain to dry. Do not use proprietary cleaner or any other household cleaners. Contact professional upholstery cleaner.Don’t forget to give your cushions a good shake every week or so to help them keep their shape. And keep all upholstered pieces out of direct sunlight to avoid the colour fading.
